WebHeya. I found a brotherhood member with a black BOS uniform. I was wondering if this is unique to this NPC or if it is otherwise possible to get it. It is the only layered armor clothing I really liked in the game, only the color was off. With this black one it would be perfect. I persuaded this old man NPC and I believe he has moved somewhere.
