WebAug 3, 2007 · In order to repaint the car, does the clearcoat just need to be lightly scuffed, or do you have to sand way down, shoot more primer, block sand, and then reapint?? If the clear is just scuffed and then repainted, will it make the panels look more wavy?? The panels are super straight right now.
