WebMay 4, 2024 · In this chapter, we focus on the NEGF simulation for electron, phonon, and coupled electron-phonon transport. The NEGF method treats rigorously the quantum nature of the carrier transport which play an important role in the hybrid systems, and it is suitable to a source-channel-drain type of the device structure. WebJul 16, 2024 · The Hamiltonian HFV 0 of Eq. (8) is Hermitian in the gen-eralized sense HFV 0 = τ3H † FV 0τ3, (12) and it has real eigenvalues [1, 10]. The wave function is nor-malized accordingto hψ τ3 ψi = ±1, (13) where the plus or minus sign corresponds to particle or an-tiparticle. This Hamiltonian looks like a usual coupled-channel Hamiltonian.

http://export.arxiv.org/pdf/1311.4455v2 WebA dynamical coupled-channel model is presented for investigating the nucleon resonances in the meson production reactions induced by pions and photons. The model is based on an energy-independent Hamiltonian which is derived from a set of Lagrangians by us.
