I upgraded from PS 9.0 to CS4, and on both Vista x64 and Windows 7 x64 (the only 2 OSes I tried) I got horrible, horrible lag and overall crappy performance. Tried different drivers, even tried a CS4 performance patch. Idk if the same goes for the OS X version, but I bet it might.
