WebTwo, publishers monetize as much as they can get away with of their games. It's a cheaper solution than actually improving the game. This is normal behaviour for most MMO's unfortunately. But DDO is the very first MMO I have played where they have monetised so much, they have also monetised griefing. That's just bad.
