WebOutsport is the first initiative at European level to gather scientific evidence on the phenomena of homophobia and transphobia in sport, and to set for itself the ambitious aim of enhancing the sportsworld as a place of training and contrasting discrimination in continuity with school and family. WebSport can create hope, where once there was only despair. It is more powerful than governments in breaking down racial barriers. It laughs in the face of all types of discrimination.” We look at sports as a melting pot of individuals looking to achieve a common goal. It is a goal based upon the idea of a meritocracy and not one of inequality.
