WebBattery Health still reads 83%. And the battery % drops are even worse now. IT LIES. I think my record is having to charge it 3x within one day (from <10% to full each time). I've been running it as-is to see if I can get Battery Health to cop to the battery being in shit condition. Doesn't appear it ever will. What 100% represents is a little bit more complicated, but I won't get into the details.
