Once into the village at the end of the road we crossed over the bridge and then just up the road was a route through a couple of fields, this leads back onto another quiet road which we followed up to the start of the Fell.

Nettet18. okt. 2024 · Ling Fell is approximately a 3 mile walk, it is shaped like a wide dome and poses no particular dangers/cliff edges which makes it another fantastic walk for little legs! It is next to Sale fell which I previously reviewed and many walkers do both fells in one day. There is lay-by parking at Brumston Bridge, just near to Wythop Mill.
